Women’s Sacred Sweat Lodge
This powerful, ancient way of cleansing with ceremony, honour and intention is a doorway to cleansing and purification on all levels , physical, emotional and spiritual.
All participants take part in the preparation of the lodge, fire building and tending. We build the lodge of saplings, covering the bones of mother earth , a welcoming space of transformation.
It is the womb space of Mother Earth. We build the fire with sacred ceremony , placing our prayers with the blessed rocks gifted from the earth. With prayer can release all the heavy energy we may be carrying to the 7 rocks brought by the fire keeper into the lodge, each symbolising the four directions, all the is above, below and the Creator.
Elizabeth is a gifted healer, shamanic practitioner and teacher’.
Her skills as a ‘seer’ greatly enhance her shamanic abilities. Her studies of a wide repertoire of healing , shamanic techniques, and extensive knowledge qualify her as a wise and sensitive teacher. She has studied with the remarkable shaman and mystic Don Juan Nunez Del Prado and co-tutored on the two year Luminous Warrior Course for Women.

I’ve been on this personal journey for over 17 years now and Elizabeth was able to take her intuition and incredibly deep insights, and really get to the crux of my sticky bits. I really felt that at the end of the twelve sessions I left with a greater sense of confidence; a greater sense of worthiness and a really clear focus on the goals I had ahead of me. And yes, it was tough at times but the love and compassion that Elizabeth gave me meant the things moved much easily and I really, really enjoyed it.
