About me

Elizabeth is an advanced shamanic practitioner, coach,  speaker, medium, and wild woman, entrepreneur and creator of The Hummingbird Bridge.  A carrier of the sacred mesa medicine bundle and chaupi stones. 

I love working with women who are rule breakers, visionaries, dreamers, open- minded thinkers, spiritual soul searchers, explorers, empaths,  joyful wild women, creatives, the shy, low self-esteemers, burnout overachievers, protectors of the planet, and the lovers of nature.   

I’m a Shamanic Soul Coach and Mentor. I live and work by the principles of  – communication, compassion, collaboration, connection and creativity. Mum to a beautiful daughter. Love walking our two terriers who are wise beyond their eight legs and teach me to live in the moment, as well as alerting me to the arrival of the postman. 

It is my passion to coach and hold space for women. Fusing coaching and spiritual power so they take  pride in their intuition, cross over from a frantic life of burnout to the freedom of who they want to be – whoever they are, whatever their stories, hopes and dreams.   

I connect them to the ancient divine feminine wisdom, which builds a fire under their cauldron of potential.   Helping break down the barriers to the grounded life we need to live and creating pathways that are truly practical and full of possibility.

I am not a teacher of rarified esoteric teaching. You won’t find me in floaty skirts playing pan pipes, drinking wheatgrass or meditating cross legged until my back and bum ache. Although I do love holding meditations in my workshops and treatments using my thunder drum, crystal, Tibetan signing bowls and sacred raven rattle to take you into another space for our vision quests;  just don’t expect me to leave my mascara behind.

So, who am I really?

Raven Woman Who Walks Between Worlds, that’s who.  From a young age I have walked on both the spiritual path and the business world at the same time.  I have my feet firmly on the ground, integrating my business, music, drama reflexology, research, coach and spiritual  skills into my life and work. I walk my talk.

In business I wore the heavy coat of masculine energy as MD of a music company, catering business owner and complementary specialist in the special educational field and female infertility. Challenges have crossed my path, all life lessons wrapped up as serious illness, and accidents. I burnt out brightly on several occasions and took time to heal. I know what it’s like to feel lost.
